Tara Reynolds is Corporate Vice President in the U.S. Insurance Group, leading the marketing teams promoting MassMutual’s multicultural markets, field marketing, Equipo Hispano, client acquisition, and providing marketing strategy for new and existing customers. Before joining MassMutual in 2008, Tara spent 17 years at Prudential Financial, where she began her career in Prudential’s management development program, rotating through a variety of assignments including a role as financial analyst for the company’s subsidiaries in Taiwan and Brazil. Tara became Department Vice President of Marketing for Individual Life Insurance, serving 10 million life insurance customers and creating the company’s first successful direct sales channel. Tara earned an Executive MBA from Rutgers University and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Providence College. She maintains several industry designations conferred by The American College of Financial Services, including Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®), and the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®). Tara also serves on the board for the Council for Disability Awareness, a non-profit committed to helping individuals understand the importance of protecting their incomes against the possibility of disability.
