Terri Matthews founded a charitable resource called Jaden's Voice, Inc. in 2010 in response to the dilemma faced by families impacted by autism. She has held the position of CEO since its inception. To date, Ms. Matthews has personally injected over $200,000 of her own resources to establish Jaden's Voice and to provide services and equipment to families in need. Her enthusiasm for autism advocacy led to her election as the president of Early Intervention Services for the state of Pennsylvania. Her interests and efforts to address the needs of under-served families who have been impacted by autism also led to her being appointed by Philadelphia Councilman-at-Large Dennis O'Brien to serve on his Philadelphia Autism Project, which began in early 2014. Prior to founding Jaden's Voice, Ms. Matthews used her skills and talents both as a senior executive with Fortune 500 corporations and as a successful entrepreneur. Consequently, she has over 15 years of U.S. and international experience in strategic business development, marketing, and human resources. She has had management and operational responsibility in North America, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia in financial services, entertainment, sports, restaurant, and environmental services. She earned a B.S. in Human Resources, Business Management, and Law.
