The Impact of Alzheimer's Disease on Retirement Planning

Few conditions rival Alzheimer's disease and its impact on a retiree, his or her spouse or caregiver, and the overall ability to manage finances and plan an estate. In recognition of Alzheimer's Awareness Month, The American College MassMutual Center for Special Needs held a panel discussion on the impact of Alzheimer's on retirement planning. Included were four experts bringing a range of perspectives on the issues. Over the course of an hour, these experts engaged in a lively discussion that touched on issues relevant to all financial advisors who work with clients planning for retirement.
